An old Bigfoot favorite from a gas station in Louisiana. A smoked Andouille Sausage dog topped with shredded brisket, Bigfoot sauce, fresh onions and cheddar cheese! If this doesn't fill you up my grand daddy would say you have a tape worm. 

Junkyard Dawg $8.99

This one is mine. 1/4 pound Spicy LaHot link and its topped with pulled pork and coleslaw. It's called the Junkyard Dawg cause this big boy will bite ya back. Go Silver Britches!

Buffalo Chicken Sandwich $8.99

OK OK there is nothing southern about this one but we can't hold that against such a great sandwich!  Crispy chicken tenders tossed in our house wing sauce served with lettuce and tomato.

K.C. Combo $8.99

So my good buddy Dave from KC said "How come you don't have sliced ham on the menu?" and I said "because that sounds crazy!"  Then I went to KC and now i get it.  Sliced ham and brisket on 3 pieces of white bread.  Stupid simple and crazy good... a half pund of glory!

Our version of the Yankee classic. Thin sliced smoked beef brisket, grilled onions and peppers topped with melted co jack cheese on the French bun. Of course its not a real Philly, if it were you'd have to put up with the Eagles fans.

This is for folks that like shrimp! This sandwich has a small mountain of em. 10 Red Hook Ale Battered and Fried shrimp, handcrafted Remoulade Sauce with Lettuce and Tomato on a french loaf.

Catfish Po' Boy $8.99

An almost always Boneless Catfish fillet, breaded and fried with our hand crafted remoulade sauce,, lettuce and tomato on a french loaf. Just kidding about the bones...

Ted's Veggie Que $6.99

Textured vegetable protein (TVP) in our house BBQ sauce. Everybody is welcome at Bigfoot and to prove it we got non-meat BBQ. A word of caution for you hard core's out there. We use Honey in our BBQ sauce, so if you think Honey farming is rude then get a salad. It's how Bee's pay the rent!

 

RIBS!

Nothin' fancy just thoughtful consideration. There are certain things I won't reveal about the rib technique at Bigfoot, but I will say this. Fire, smoke and spice is what makes these ribs so satisfying. A full rack starts out around 2 lbs. So come hungry, bring a friend or ask for some foil and a paper bag. Tender meaty St. Louis style Hickory smoked pork ribs with as much sauce as a body could need, fo' real cornbread and your choice of 2 sides.

My friend Bunny taught me how to make this Chili 15 years ago, but "Bunny Chili" might scare the kids so we call it Big Red cause most everything in it is red. (Ground beef, kidney beans, onion, tomato) and some is us have been known to pull for the Corn Huskers. Served with cheese. sour cream, onion and cornbread.
